We offer worldwide shipping! We strive to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note that we have a processing time of 1 business day before shipment + delivery time (depending on the delivery country).
Shipping within Estonia is between approximately 1-2 working days.
Shipping within Finland is between approximately 2-5 working days.
Shipping within EU is between approximately 4-10 working days.
Shipping worldwide is between approximately 7-15 working days.
For Estonian Customers:
We offer convenient parcel box delivery through Omniva.
- During checkout, please add a note specifying your preferred Omniva parcel box location.
- Orders without a specified location will be delivered to the nearest available parcel box based on your provided address.
For International Customers:
We provide home delivery for all international orders.
- Your parcel will be delivered directly to your specified address via our trusted international shipping partners.

What are the jewelry care instructions?
All of our jewelry is made from 316l stainless steel, 18k gold plated.
In order to preserve your beautiful jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding contact with:

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of the items. Please send an email (including your order number) via hello@lunarela.com and we'll assist you. For more information on returns/exchanges, please click here.
Do I have to pay customs fees?

Can you help me with a damaged product?
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged, so if for any reason your item has been damaged in transit please get in contact with us via hello@lunarela.com and attach an image of the item in the email, so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item. If it has been more than 24 hours since the delivery time, unfortunately we cannot count the jewelry piece as a damaged item, since it would be considered as misuse by the buyer.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you. Please read our policy below for returning or exchanging your items:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:- Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely, since we are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarela.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the item. Also, please include photos of the damage product in the email. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:- Contact Us: Email us at hello@lunarela.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Shipping: After we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us. You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty once it arrives.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, please allow around 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
